When we decided to move out of Florida, we contacted Leigh Ekovich. There were dozens of houses for sale in our area, prices were falling quickly in our neighborhood and we were getting worried.Leigh was professional, respectful and gave it to us straight. She helped us get our house into shape so it would show well. Unlike other sellers, we had lots of showings and traffic. Despite all this, it was still hard to sell the house. But, she worked with us on the price, and pushed us to lower it when we needed to. She was creative, persistent and determined to sell our house. Each week she provided us with updates, and reviewed our pricing against the changing market. When we found a buyer, Leigh was a master negotiator, and represented us well. She was always looking out for our best interests. She is well connected in the westchase area. She knows the best contractors, appraisers, handymen, agents, brokers and even moving companies--and they all know her.
If you are truly serious about selling in this market, it is not enough to simply have a good agent. You need the best agent in the area. In our opinion, Leigh is the best agent you can find.
We are so grateful that we found Leigh. Without Leigh, we would still be living in Florida, with an overpriced house.
